お互いに自分の持ち味を活かして、白熱した調理を進めている創真と寧々の第３カード！ 食戟のお題である「そば」は寧々が最も得意としており、先に料理を完成させたのもやはり寧々！ 披露されたメニューは審査員たちから大絶賛を受けるが、対抗する創真のオリジナル「そば」は一体どんな料理に仕上がるのか……!?
